UA Weld Certification Testing Dates

All members of Local Union 441 and UA members traveling in our jurisdiction who would like to take part in this test need to contact the PPATKS office at least 3 days before the test to ensure booth space.

If you want to take a test that is on something other than 2’ sch. 80, 2” xxs or the super coupon please contact us at least 10 days before the test to ensure availability of material.

NEW AS OF APRIL 1, 2013-   THERE WILL BE A $50.00 FEE FOR THOSE WHO SIGN UP FOR A WELD TEST(S) IF YOU CANCEL THE DAY OF OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR  YOUR SCHEUDLED TESTING TIME. FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING AUTHORIZED TO TAKE ANY OTHER TEST WITH PPATKS UNTIL ALL DEBIT IS PAID IN FULL.
